"I had fraud on my credit card account that my car issuance payment was set up for automatic payment. I was told from the credit card company that reoccurring payments would still be honored,it was not. I got a message from State Farm that Mt payment was declined amd I would be charged a 25.00 return payment fee as well. I called State Farm and spoke with Paul. I explained the situation,only once,which i truly appreciated! Paul was able to take my payment over the phone and refund the 25.00 return payment fee. We went ahead and set up the reoccurring payment on s different card as well. The process was fast,easy,and simple to rectify. I truly appreciated his help! Thank you Paul!"

"Tiffany was a great help with insurance for my home! She was very knowledgeable and explained the terms really well for someone who doesn’t come from the insurance world.
